There are not enough words to describe the level of service and support we received at Certified's transmission shop in Blue Springs. On a trip between Colorado and Southwest Florida last week, we came limping in with a van that had transmission issues. Since it was close to closing time Eric helped us get a hotel room nearby and made an appointment for us early the next morning. The repair fortunately was not a transmission replacement but a loss of transmission fluid due to a leaking coolant compartment for the transmission fluid attached to the radiator. Both the radiator and transmission coolant compartment needed to be replaced. He promised that he and his mechanic, Brent, would have us back on the road before closing. We camped out for the entire day in the lounge which was extremely comfortable: coffee, water, TV, Wi-Fi access, and great chairs. True to his word, Eric and Brent had us back on the road by 4:30 PM and home without additional issues. Thank you, thank you!
