I am very happy to give Certified Transmission in Blue Springs two thumbs up. Mr. Eric and his technicians made me feel that I made the correct decision. I went to their transmission shop about a year ago with what I thought was a transmission problem. I was given a diagnosis that I was not expecting, and needless to say, Mr. Eric was spot on and he did not charge me because the problem was not with the transmission. I drive over the road and I have been taken advantage of, but I can honestly say that every time I need any preventative maintenance done on my transmission, I will take my car to the Certified Transmission where I know the job will be done correctly. I will spread the word whenever I can about their transmission shop in Blue Springs Mo for their honesty, friendliness, and quality of transmission work.
