I had such a great experience at the Blue Springs shop location. Eric was very helpful in mapping out my options after my truck's transmission problem was diagnosed. I was told my transmission was not in stock and could take 3 to 4 days. A little longer than I had hoped for. Eric offered me a loaner car at no charge and my truck was repaired in three days! Eric made me an appointment for two weeks to come back in to go back over the transmission to make sure all is okay! Will do. Thank you
