We had a great experience at Certified Transmission's shop in Blue Springs Missouri. Certified gave us an estimate for what we thought was wrong, but when they started the work and found more issues they called and let us know before they fixed them so we did not have a bigger bill than we had planned on, which was really nice. They were very friendly and very respectful when they were explaining things so we could understand why everything needed to be fixed. Will definitely refer friends to Certified Transmission.
