Andrew and Scott were very helpful in explaining to me the seriousness of my car's transmission problem and remanufactured unit instead of a rebuilt one. While getting everything ready they gave me a loaner vehicle that turned out to be quite helpful. After paying a reasonable price for the work, I was glad that I trusted them to fix my car.
